WCOOP 2012: Duhamel looking to become the 'complete player'

wcoop2009-thumb.jpgJonathan Duhamel has won the World Series of Poker Main Event for $8,944,310, finished in the top four of three big money side events at the PCA, including runner-up to Alex Bilokur in the $25,000 High Roller, which won him more than a million dollars in the Bahamas, and is second to only one Mr Daniel Negreanu in the all-time money list for Canada.

Yet, he is still not the 'complete player'.

Duhamel does not have a WCOOP title. He hasn't even come close, his words not ours. He may have $11,062,192 in live tournament winnings but until he has some WCOOP jingle-jangle hanging around his wrist Duhamel will feel unrequited, which may account for all those moody black-and-white shots in the video below.

Duhamel, along with everyone else that wants to buy in, has several more chances to pick up a title (and large pile of cash). Fourteen WCOOP tournaments are yet to start culminating in the $5,000,000 guaranteed main event on 23 September. Check the full WCOOP schedule here and full WCOOP coverage here.
